Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the uninstalled bearings or components in their original packaging to prevent damage during shipping and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our technical team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new performance upgrades within 3-5 business days.
